Project Description:
The Suncor Firebagsite required an expansion to the firewater system for a new sulphurrecovery unit.
Excavation activities were performed to expose the existing firewater system and tie-ins were completed for the installation of new isolation valves and fire hydrant assemblies.
The work was executed with no disruption to the operating plant and minimal down time on the firewater system.

Project Description:
Upgrades to the existing firewater system were required to provide fire protection for Suncor’s cogeneration facility and administration complex. The scope of work consisted of excavation, fabrication, installation, testing, and backfill of new firewater system within an existing network of live high voltage electrical utilities. Working closely with TransAlta, the utility crossings were completed safely and the project was completed on schedule.

Project Description:
Pike Lodge Project included activities such as excavation, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, potable water and firewater installation, testing systems, backfilling and finish grading. Other activities included the installation of sanitary lift station equipped with pumps and storage chamber.

Project Description:
The EHS Firehall project included the excavation, installation and backfilling of deep underground services that consisted of potable water, firewater, sanitary sewer and gas lines. Other civil works included site grading, site drainage, road and parking lot construction, foundation excavation and backfill.
